Terms and Conditions applying to Individual Clients
Therapy Sessions
Both the initial consultation and standard session lasts approximately one hour and the agreed fee per session is as stated on my Sessions and Prices Page.
Appointments and Cancellations
Missed appointments or appointments which are rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are chargeable at the full fee. Please telephone/text 07342338284 if you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment.
Late Arrival
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Your session may be cut short due to your late arrival dependent on subsequent client bookings. The full session fee will be applicable.
Payments
Payments can be made in advance or at the end of each session with cash or by card. An online payment invoice can be sent via Zettle (by PayPal) on request.
Respect and Rights
The client will be treated with respect and care at all times. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or postpone therapy if they feel threatened, disrespected or feel that therapy is not appropriate for any reason.
Disclaimer
Full client commitment is essential as per Commitment section of the Code of Care. Hypnotherapy is highly effective however success is never guaranteed.
