Bryony worked wonders for me!

I have a very stressful job in front line social work, and also a complex and challenging home life.  During the time period where Bryony was working with me I dealt with several big life changes.  Initially my time with her was just a sanctuary and safe calm space, but one day things just seemed to click! Unfortunately my work will always continue to be stressful but I really feel able to cope with this now and to make good, calm decisions about things at home and at work. Thanks Bryony! So grateful!
